HELP - HEaLth Promoting leadership

This project will strengthen the scientific understanding of health-promoting leadership to improve and sustain long-term health, workability and productivity across lifespan in different work contexts including healthcare settings.

The salutogenic model of Antonovsky (1993), with its “sense of coherence scale” (SOC) is adopted as a psychological resource for innovation and change.

The aim is to draw on existing national and international professional networks to build a strong complementary research team and relevant research projects that meets societal challenges.
