MHV269-1 18H Profesjonelle relasjoner i helsefaglig arbeid (Professional Relations in Health Care Work)
Module leader: Professor Ellen Ramvi.
The aim of this course, which addresses core concerns of the research group, is to contribute to the professional development of students. The dialectic between inner experience and the social conditions of relational work is in focus. Students work closely with practice cases and their own experiences to understand the object-relational theoretical framework which is used as a tool for professional development. Within relational professions women are often in majority. Hence challenges related to gender are also highlighted.
