The more our world Depends on digitalization and automation, the more we need, as the old Indian proverb says, to put ourselves in the other person's shoes, understand what someone else is thinking, how they feel, and be responsive. In this talk, Bala Mulloth will discuss social entrepreneurship as a new form of doing business that focuses primarily on the end user. I will highlight examples of social ventures championing systemic change by addressing the needs of all the stakeholders and not just the shareholders
