Do hectic study periods involve a lot of ultra-processed food and energy drinks, or do you consume the raw materials and nutrients recommended by the Health Directorate? And how much does what you choose to eat affect how well you can concentrate on your studies?
Associate Professor in Food and Health at UiS, Merete Hagen Helland, will give an informative lecture on how your eating habits affect your body and brain. There will also be some tastings of recommended snacks that are guaranteed to surprise you!
