About the position

As Process- graduate you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team that is responsible for day to day optimization of the production process to increase production and production efficiency in a safe, efficient and reliable manner within the framework of our business management systems and relevant standards and requirements within the discipline.

Typical work tasks can be:

  • Ensure safe operations within the defined process limits
  • Perform production- and energy optimization and debottlenecking
  • Participate in risk assessments such as Hazop / LOPA / SORA and barrier mapping
  • Perform process simulations in UniSim
  • Give input to the development of digital solutions and tools to improve ways of working

Requirements to the applicant

Qualifications:

  • You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2026 with an MSc within Chemical / Process Engineering, or similar.
  • You have maximum two years of relevant professional experience
  • English and Norwegian language working proficiency
