Santhiapillai will be defending the thesis Adapting and implementing Lean thinking in public services to enhance knowledge work processes at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UiS.
Trial lecture starts at 10:00. Given trial lecture topic: “Lean in public service organizations versus New Public Management, similarities and differences”. Defence starts at 12.15.
The trial lecture and the defence will take place in Kjølv Egeland House E-164 at the University of Stavanger and in zoom.
