With a strong focus on research and development, Haugstad has turned from being a stern company strategically and technologically to seeing tremendous opportunities for growth and development by focusing on digitalization, circular economy, and social responsibility.
Through, among other things, the research projects SmartFab and DigiFab, they have focused on digitization, circular economy, social responsibility, and roadmaps to industry 4.0. Haugstad Møbel will soon open an entirely new production hall, and they have ambitions to almost six times the turnover within a few years.
