After setting the scene in regard to the integration of a Value-based management paradigm in an industrial company, Digitalization and Servitization are discussed in the light of the advanced monitoring and prediction capabilities improving Asset Performance Management, and the path towards embedding such capabilities through Digital services in data-driven Product-Service Systems as innovative business model for Value-based Asset Performance Management. The transformation is illustrated by means of a Digitalization and Servitization roadmap due to the concrete experience of a Production Asset Manufacturer operating Asset management services in the global manufacturing context.
