Invoice information

How to send an invoice to the University of Stavanger.

The university mainly wants to receive electronic invoices in EHF format, in order to increase efficiency and save the environment. Our electronic address is the same as our organization number: 971564679 (without spaces).

The order number from UiS consists of 9 digits and starts with 31+ year (19) + 5 digits and must be entered in the Invoice/OrderReference/ID tag.

UiS's customer code, which consists of 2-8 letters must be added to the tag: Invoice/AccountingCustomerParty/Party/Contact/ID.

In some systems, you must also enter the country code. The address then becomes: 9908:971564679.

If it is not possible to send it in EHF format, the invoice can be sent as a PDF by email to faktura@uis.no. We will no longer accept invoices on paper.
