How to apply for early admission

If you want to be considered for early admission, you must provide the following information in the "Extra Information" box in SĂžknadsweb:

  • Grade point average (GPA)
  • Name of your bachelor's degree
  • Name of the institution
  • Country where the institution is located

Please note that only applicants with outstanding academic backgrounds may be granted early admission. If you are selected for early admission, you will receive the outcome of your application in February.

However, if you are not granted early admission, your application will be processed in an ordinary way and therefore you will receive the outcome of your application later in May.

NB! We are unable to answer any individual inquiry regarding whether or not you are selected for early admission.

How to provide your grade point average (GPA)

If your institution has a 4.0 or a 5.0-point GPA system, please provide your average grade/the highest grade. For example, 3.5/4 or 4.5/5. In addition, if you are awarded a degree with classification, please provide your class as well.

If the highest score receivable at your institution is 100%, please provide your GPA in percent. For example, 85%.

If your grades are based on a 20-point system, please provide your average grade/20. For example, 16/20.

If your institution uses only letter scale (A, B, C....), please provide your average score with letter scale, such as A or A+.

If your institution has a grading system from 1 (the highest) to 5 or 6  (the lowest), you can provide your average grade as given on your transcripts (1 as the highest score). For example, 1.2 (1 as the highest score).
