Topics in statistics like linear mixed models, analysis of variance, logistic regressioin and survival analysis, including Cox regression. How to read and present statistical research results.Use of relevant software.

Learning outcome

After having completed this course one should be able to use statistical methods like linear mixed models, analysis of variance, logistic regression and basic methods in survival analysis to analyse data. One shall know how the analyses are conducted in relevant software, and one shall know which methods that are relevant to use in different situations.
